为创建安全、整洁、有序的校园环境，结合“我为师生办实事”实践活动，学校拟于2022年6月8日起对思明校区、海韵园区、海韵学生公寓内废弃无主非机动车进行清理。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、废弃无主非机动车的认定标准和清理方法

（一）认定标准

长期无人使用、车身残破、积灰严重的非机动车视为疑似废弃无主非机动车。

（二）清理方法

5月28日起，学校将对思明校区、海韵园区、海韵学生公寓内疑似废弃无主非机动车粘贴“待清理废弃非机动车”字样的告示。如果非机动车有车主而被张贴“待清理废弃非机动车”告示，请车主及时撕去告示，并整理好非机动车，以免误清。6月8日起，学校将对贴有告示的非机动车进行清理。

二、被清理非机动车的暂放地点

被清理的疑似废弃非机动车将移至厦大海韵学生公寓前广场集中存放。

三、被误清非机动车的认领方法

7月8日前，被误清的非机动车车主请到厦大海韵学生公寓前广场非机动车停放处自行认领。如有疑问可拨打咨询电话：阮老师15160075273。

7月8日后，停放在学生公寓前广场无人认领的非机动车均视为废弃无主非机动车，学校将根据有关规定统一处理。

NOTICE

Dear students,

In order to create a safe, beautiful and orderly campus environment, abandoned non-motorized vehicles in Siming Campus, Haiyun Campus, and Haiyun Student Apartment will be cleared up from June 8th, 2022. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Identification standards and cleanup methods for abandoned non-motorized vehicles.

(1) Identification standards

Non-motorized vehicles that are unattended for a long time, dusty and dilapidated will be treated as abandoned ones.

(2) Cleanup methods

From May 28th, 2022, every suspected abandoned non-motorized vehicle in Siming Campus, Haiyun Campus, and Haiyun Student Apartmentwill be pasted a notice of “Abandoned Non-motorized Vehicle for Cleanup” on the seat of them. If your vehicle is mistaken for an abandoned one, please tear out the notice on your seat and tidy up the vehicle in time. The non-motorized vehicles with notices will be cleared up from June 8th, 2022.

2. Temporary location to place abandoned non-motorized vehicle for cleanup

Abandoned non-motorized vehicles will be assembled on the front square of Haiyun Student Apartment.

4. Methods to reclaim the mistaken abandoned non-motorized vehicle

Owners of the mistaken abandoned non-motorized vehicles should go to the front square of Haiyun Student Apartment to reclaim their vehicles before July 8th, 2022. If you have any questions, please call Miss Ruan at 15160075273.

After July 8th, 2022, the non-motorized vehicles parked on the front square with no owners will be dealt with by the school in accordance with the relevant regulations.
